The subdivision will include two main entrances; main entrance on H. G. Mosley and a secondary entrance off Bill Owens Parkway.

Enchanted Hills will be governed by a Homeowners Association (including dues; interim management administered by Developer).

The H. G. Mosley frontage features a boulevard style entrance with a stone and brick fence along the roadway.  Lot prices range from approximately $60,000 - $88,000.  Homes have a minimum size requirement based on the lot. Some vary from 2,250 square ft to 2500 sq ft on the front streets. Some smaller townhouse lots (off Victoria Drive) will have an 1,800 sq ft minimum with rear garages.
